Our steel mill is equipped with advanced facilities including heavy-duty band saws for precise cutting, surface milling machines for excellent flatness and finish, and high efficjent lathes for turning round bars to exact diameters. We offer comprehensive machining services such as saw cutting, surface milling, and bar peeling or turning to meet your specific requirements with high precision and quality.

Our mill provides comprehensive heat treatment services tailored for tool and die steels. Our capabilities include normalizing, spheroidizing annealing, softening annealing, and EFS annealing to optimize microstructure and machinability. We also perform quenching & tempering for final hardness and strength, as well as stress relieving to ensure dimensional stability. Each process utilizes controlled atmosphere furnaces and follows strict protocols to guarantee consistent, high-quality results for demanding applications.

In our mill, we provide comprehensive in-house testing to ensure material integrity: chemical composition analysis, ultrasonic testing, Mechanical Properties testing, non-metalic inclusion testing, microstructure and grain size evaluation, Charpy impact testing, as well as hardness testing to guarantee optimal performance for your demanding applications.

We specialize in producing high-quality precision ground plates for mold and die or other applications. Our dedicated workshop is equipped with 11 advanced milling and grinding machines. This setup allows us to supply precision blanks in various sizes and thicknesses, meeting strict flatness, parallelism, and surface finish requirements (e.g., Ra 0.8μm or better). We ensure superior dimensional accuracy and surface integrity, ideal for critical die components.
