About ShengHe Metal

ShengHe Metal is a leading distributor and stockist of special steel in China, operating as the sales division of Hubei Zhongye Mill.
We specialize in the production and supply of high-quality tool and mold steels, including P20, 1.2311, 1.2738, 1.2312, 1.2083, 1.2316, 1.2343, 1.2344, 1.2714, 8418, 8407, 1.2379, 1.2080, Cr12MoV, 1.2842, 1.2510, SKD11, SKD61, SKT4, 1045, 1050, S45C, S50C, and more.
Our headquarters, Hubei Zhongye Mill, is the largest private tool steel forging facility in Hubei province, spanning 1.6 million square meters and with a annual production capacity of 100000Tons.
 
The mill is equipped with advanced production facilities, including a 40-ton EBT furnace, 1600-ton, 3500-ton, and 5000-ton forging presses, a full range of heat-treatment furnaces,ESR furnaces (7 to 20 tons), and numerous cutting and machining devices. This integrated industrial chain enables strict control over both quality and cost.
 
In addition to our in-house production, ShengHe Metal maintains strong collaborations with leading Chinese steel mills such as Bao Steel, Fushun Steel, TG, Dongbei Special Steel, and Xingcheng Steel. This ensures a reliable and diverse material supply for our customers.
To meet urgent demands, we keep a regular inventory of over 3,000 tons ready stock, covering plastic mold steel, hot work steel, and cold work steel, allowing for prompt dispatch and delivery.
In addition to supplying steel raw materials, ShengHe owns two other factories to provide integrated solutions for the steel and mold industries: a steel machining facility that performs precision cutting and machining to customer specifications, specializing in finished ground steel flat bars and mold plates; and a mold components plant that produces standard parts such as guide pins and guide bushings.
With over 15 years of dedicated experience in steel exporting, we have built a reliable global supply chain and a deep understanding of diverse market needs.

Mold Component Factory

We own a mold component factory for production of guide pin and guide bush in order to offer comprehensive service to customer in steel and mold industries.
 

In-house Processing

Apart from our own mill, we also have a machining factory that offers sawing, milling, and grinding to deliver precision-finished materials like mold plate and precision ground flat bars.
