Our 1.2714 tool steel provides an optimal balance of hardness and extreme structural integrity for rigorous applications. The precise chemical composition guarantees deep hardening capabilities across large cross-sections. Following customized heat treatments, the material typically achieves a hardness of 39 to 43 HRC or 245 HB. This deep hardening ensures uniform performance throughout the entire block. Users experience less deformation and improved longevity during high-stress operations. Enterprise clients appreciate the reliable performance our material delivers in continuous production cycles.

The advanced alloy formulation of our material offers remarkable resistance to thermal fatigue. It withstands intense temperature fluctuations without compromising its core mechanical properties. The material maintains high strength levels during prolonged exposure to elevated temperatures. This resistance to tempering prevents premature wear and extends the service life of industrial tooling. Consistent thermal stability minimizes maintenance downtime and enhances overall operational efficiency. Specialized heat treatments further optimize these thermal characteristics for specific enterprise requirements.
Our heavy-duty mould steel serves as the industry standard for large-scale forging and forming applications. The high impact resistance makes it ideal for manufacturing robust drop forging hammers and massive die blocks. It excels in creating complex forging dies, inserts, and punches for automotive and industrial components. The material withstands the severe mechanical shocks inherent in these heavy-duty processes. Production facilities utilize our SKT4 steel to ensure consistent dimensional accuracy in their forged outputs.
Beyond forging, our L6 hot work steel effectively supports massive plastic mould frames and cavities. It performs exceptionally well in manufacturing die holders and support tools for non-ferrous metal extrusion. The durable properties allow for the production of shear blades used in hot-cutting thick metal sections. Tooling engineers specify our forging tool steel to achieve superior surface finishes and prolonged tool life. The versatility of our steel meets the diverse demands of complex industrial manufacturing.
